Information this site collects
This notice sets out the information this site collects, the tools used to collect it, and how a visitor may refuse. It is updated whenever the collection changes.
Information collected
- Visit statistics through Google Analytics 4: pages opened, time spent, approximate country, device type, and the source of the visit.
- The Meta Pixel, used to establish whether a visitor who saw a Nexloom advertisement went on to register for a class or book a call.
- Information entered into the booking form, which is held by Cal.com and not on this site.
- Information entered into the masterclass registration form: name, email address, telephone number and business type, together with the name of the advertising campaign that brought the visitor to the site, where applicable. It is held in Google Sheets under a Nexloom account, used to confirm the seat by telephone and to communicate about that class, and deleted within 90 days of the class date.
Information not collected
- Visitor data is neither sold nor exchanged with third parties.
- This site operates no accounts, stores no passwords, and accepts no payment card details.
- Visit statistics do not identify visitors by name or email address. That data is aggregate.
Right to refuse
The banner shown on a first visit carries a decline option. Declining prevents Google Analytics from storing anything on the visitor’s device. To change that choice later, clear this site’s data in the browser and the banner will appear again. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are set to declined by default before any request is made. The Meta Pixel operates on every visit and is not governed by the choice above. Visitors who wish to prevent it may use a tracker-blocking browser extension or enable their browser’s tracking protection.

Third parties
Google and Meta process the visit statistics. Booking is handled by Cal.com. Case file pages carry a video that remains a still image until the visitor presses play; nothing is requested from YouTube unless they do, and once they do, YouTube receives the request as it would on any visit to its own site. The masterclass registration form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that a person is completing it, so Cloudflare receives a request from the visitor’s browser when that form loads, and the information entered is stored in Google Sheets. That page also carries a Google Maps view of the venue, which loads when the visitor scrolls to it, so Google receives a request from the browser as it would if Google Maps were opened directly. Each provider maintains its own privacy policy, and information entered into the booking form is governed by Cal.com’s policy, not this one.
