Your customers search for the problem they need solved, and Google and AI name a short list of businesses. We find out why yours is missing, fix it, and keep tracking as the answers change.

The experiment
We built a new site and pointed it at one question
We wanted to know whether a brand new site could be the one people find, on a question that older, better-known sites already answer. Ours was a month old and nobody had heard of it. What follows is what we recorded, in date order.
The query
claude code เสียเงินไหม(Does Claude Code cost money?)

The page got every piece of on-page and technical work Google’s own documentation asks for, and nothing invented on top for AI. That is what put it in front of people searching, and it is the same work that puts a page in reach of an AI answer.
That is the short version. The full one has the video, every screenshot, the dates they were taken, and what this result does not prove. Read case file 001
What made it possible is not a trick. It is what search itself has turned into.
What changed
The answer now happens before the click
Fewer people are clicking. The ones who arrive from an AI answer are worth more than the rest.
8% of searches led to a click
Clicks halve when an AI answer appears
You can hold exactly the position you always held and still lose half the traffic it used to bring, because the answer now sits above it.

Asking in different languages returns different businesses
Ask the same question in a different language and the AI names a different set of businesses. Local companies gain the most when the question is in their own language.

1% clicked a link in the answer
Almost nobody clicks the links inside the AI answer
Being listed as a source underneath an answer brings almost no one to your site. What decides whether you get the customer is whether the answer itself talks about you.
Pew Research Center · US · March 2025
+42% conversion rate
Visitors arriving from AI now convert better than everyone else
A year earlier that same traffic converted at roughly half the rate of everything else. In twelve months it went from the weakest source of customers to the strongest.
Adobe Analytics · US retail · March 2026
+37% revenue per visit
And each of those visits is worth more
Revenue per visit from AI referrals ran 37% higher than everything else, with 48% more time on site and 13% more pages per visit. Someone arriving from an answer that already recommended you is not in the same frame of mind as someone working down a list of ten links.

The work
What we do about it
All six point at one outcome: being the business that comes up. Each one closes a different gap between you and the customer who is already looking for you.
SEO & AEO audit
Why customers are not finding you
A full check of what is stopping customers from finding you, and what to do about it, starting with whatever is costing you most.
Local SEO · Google Maps
Being known in your area
You can be the top result at your own door and invisible three streets away. We measure that gap across your area and work to close it.
AEO / GEO
Getting named in AI answers
When someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, or Google itself, AI names only a few businesses. Our job is to make you one of them.
Website build
A site built to be found
A site that carries the signals Google and AI answers rely on, built to the standards set out in Google’s developer documentation.
Topical authority
Owning your niche
Complete coverage of your field, so your business is found, cited, and named on every question within it.
Ongoing SEO
The part that never finishes
Search changes constantly, and so do the businesses you compete with. A page that was finished a few months ago is not finished now, and this is the work that keeps it visible.
What happens after you hire us
01
We find out where you actually stand
Your current positions, whether AI answers mention you at all, and what is broken. All of it read off your live site.
02
We run the analysis on your niche
Keyword demand, competitor positions, and your own performance data, analyzed together. The weighting comes from what the measurement shows, so every engagement reaches a different conclusion.
03
We prioritize the list and implement it
The order comes from the measurement, so the work that moves the most happens first. The technical fixes, the structure, and the copy are written and published by us once you approve.
04
We expand you into every corner of the niche
The analysis names the questions your market asks that your site does not answer yet. Each one becomes a page, so the ground you cover keeps widening.
05
We keep measuring as things move
Where you rank today is not where you will rank in three months. Algorithm updates and competitor changes move positions without warning. Every number stays dated and tied to its search, so when something slips we see it and work to get it back.
Behind Nexloom
Where the method comes from
Nexloom is led by Jittapatana "Patrick" Prayoonpruk from Bangkok, working with clients in Thailand and abroad.
The way the work runs comes out of a computer science degree with minors in data science and mathematics. Search throws off a lot of numbers and most of them tell you nothing. Working out which ones do is what the data science is for: which numbers to act on, and how much weight each one deserves.
Every Nexloom engagement runs under the same commitments. They cover what we are willing to promise, how the work is priced and decided, and who else we take on while we are working with you.
01
We do not guarantee rankings
In any wording, in either language. Nobody controls Google’s results. Anyone who guarantees you a position is telling you something about themselves, not about your business.
02
We do not sell packages priced by keyword count
One page in good shape earns traffic on dozens of searches nobody wrote down in advance: different phrasings, longer questions, and the follow-ups an AI answer fans a single query out into. A quote for ten keywords, or twenty, prices the work on a unit that does not describe it. We scope by the ground your market needs you to cover.
03
We do not take on your direct competitor while we work with you
Same service, same area, same time. Pushing two sites at one set of searches means working against one of them, and no billing arrangement makes that honest. If your market is already taken when you call, we say so and turn the work down.
04
We do not guarantee how fast it works, or how long it lasts
Both depend on your niche, your competition, and where the site starts. Algorithms move, so what worked last month can stop working next month. That is why the work continues after the first results land: we test against your own data and adjust as the numbers change.
05
We do not run the same checklist on every site
These commitments do not change from client to client. The plan under them does. It comes out of what your own site and your own market measure, and no two engagements come back with the same order of work.
FAQ
What you're probably wondering
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope and on your business, and the market range is wide. Published pricing surveys put most agencies between roughly $500 and $10,000 a month, with enterprise work running beyond that. A spread that wide is the reason no single number belongs on this page. What decides where you land in it: how much ground your market needs you to cover, how many locations or service areas, and whether you already have a site or need one built.
How long before I see results?
No one can give you an honest number before looking at your site. The timeline depends on the site’s starting condition, the strength of your competition, and how quickly fixes are approved and shipped. When Nexloom is finished, nothing on your site is holding it back. Google and AI answers can find every page, read it, and understand what your business does. Google awards the ranking. Building the strongest possible case for it is our job, and we keep building it as your market moves.
Can you guarantee I will rank number one?
No. A guaranteed position is a promise on something the seller does not own. The ones who offer it typically guarantee a phrase so obscure that ranking first for it changes nothing about your business. What Nexloom is accountable for is the work that earns a position: a site Google and AI answers can find, read and understand, and continuous effort on the queries that actually bring you customers. If someone guarantees you a ranking, ask which exact search it covers. A guarantee on a phrase nobody types is easy to keep and worth nothing.
Is AI search actually worth worrying about yet?
It is already happening on the questions your customers ask in full sentences. Type a short keyword and Google still mostly shows links. Ask a whole question, or describe a problem, and an AI answer tends to appear above the results and name a handful of businesses. If your customers research before they buy, they are asking questions, which is exactly where the answer starts replacing the link. A results page has ten slots; that list is far shorter. Those places are being taken right now, and whoever takes one is who gets named while their competitors are still deciding whether this matters.
What is the difference between SEO and AI SEO?
SEO is about ranking in the list of results. AI SEO, which you will also see called AEO or GEO, is about whether an AI answer names you or cites you as a source. They overlap and a lot of the same work feeds both, but they are measured differently. Being named in the text of an answer and being cited as a clickable source are two separate things, and we track them separately, because a business can be named constantly and never cited once.
You are based in Bangkok. Will this work in my country?
Yes. Nexloom works in English or Thai. Most of what decides search results does not change at a border: the technical condition of a site, how Google weighs the signals behind it, and the research and analysis that decide where to aim. That part of the method travels, and it is measured remotely, including local rankings in your own city.
Why hire Nexloom over a big agency?
Because on the AI side of this, everyone is early. Nexloom is a small independent agency built for this shift from the start. A bigger agency with ten years of SEO behind it does not have more data on how AI answers pick their sources than anyone else does. The same three questions apply to any agency you evaluate, including this one: what falls inside your scope of accountability, how performance is verified, and which commitments depend on factors outside your control.
How many keywords do I get?
You do not get a keyword count, because it is the wrong unit. One page in good shape earns traffic on dozens of searches nobody wrote down in advance: different phrasings, longer questions, and the follow-ups an AI answer fans a single query out into. A quote for ten keywords, or twenty, prices the work on something that does not describe it. Nexloom scopes by the ground your market needs you to cover, and every report shows the queries we are actually tracking.
Do you work with my competitors?
No. Same service, same area, same time. Nexloom will not take both, because pushing two sites at one set of searches means working against one of them, and no billing arrangement makes that honest. If your market is already taken when you call, we tell you at that point and add you to the waitlist for it. The moment it opens, you hear from us.
Does my business actually need this?
If your customers look anything up before they choose you, a name, a price, a comparison, a review, you are already in this whether you are working on it or not. Someone in your category is being named in those answers today, and the businesses that get there first are the hardest to move later. That holds whether you have premises or trade entirely online, and whether you sell in Thai, English or both. The exception is a business whose customers never search at all, and if that is you Nexloom will tell you.
